Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Auf Grund sowohl wirtschaftlicher als auch technischer Gründe wurden diese Nachträge vergeben. Sämtliche Nachträge wurden vom Architekten wirtschaftlich und technisch geprüft und sind mittels Änderungsantrag nachgewiesen.

Ein wesentlicher Gesichtspunkt für die Auftragsvergabe war hier auch das Bestreben, den zeitlichen Bauablauf nicht zu gefährden.
