Mit dem Planungsvertrag vom 02.07.2023 wurde die DB Netz AG und die DB Station&Service AG von der Landeshaupstadt

München mit der Planung eines zusätzlichen Bahnsteigszuganges des RZH Poccistraße beauftragt. Der zusätzlicher

Bahnsteigzugang besteht aus zwei Treppen; als Zugänge zur Unterführung und zum Bahnsteig sowie von einer

Personenunterführung. Der Zugang soll über die Ruppertstraße erfolgen. LÄ06

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Mit dem Planungsvertrag vom 02.07.2023 wurde die DB Netz AG und die DB Station&Service AG von der Landeshaupstadt

München mit der Planung eines zusätzlichen Bahnsteigszuganges der RZH Poccistraße beauftragt. (s. Anlage) Um diesen

Planungsauftrag zu erfüllen soll die Planung des RZH Poccistraße erweitert werden.
