1. Erweiterung des Auftrages aufgrund der Übernahme von zusätzlichen erforderlichen Aufgaben für das Crisis

Science Project (CRISP) im Zeitraum vom 01.08.2021 bis 31.12.2021 (Bekanntmachung der Änderung unter

2021/S 186-484649)

2. Erweiterung des Auftrages aufgrund Notwendigkeit einer neuen Einheitsleistung (digitale Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen), die nicht in den ursprünglichen Vergabeunterlagen vorgesehen war (Bekanntmachung der Änderung unter 2023/S 158-501393)

3. aktuelle Änderung: Reduzierung und Erhöhung von Maximal-Abnahmemengen sowie Absenkung von Mindest-Abnahmemengen betreffend mehrere Einheitsleistungen, die in den ursprünglichen Unterlagen bereits angelegt waren.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die zusätzlichen Leistungen ergeben sich als Folge des Mehraufwandes zur Umsetzung der strategischen, kommunikativen und förderrechtlichen Aktivitäten der der Leistungsbeschreibung zugrunde gelegten Themenbereiche. Die Umsetzung der aufgrund der Bereitstellung der Mittel erforderlichen Maßnahmen bedingt zusätzliche fachliche und administrative Unterstützungsleistungen des AN. Die Abänderungen der Abnahmemengen der im Rahmenvertrag vereinbarten Einheitsleistungen stehen im thematischen Zusammenhang mit dem bestehenden Vertragsgegenstand und sind aufgrund der veränderten Ausgestaltung der Themenbereiche notwendig. Zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsschlusses war der Umfang der Leistungserbringung noch nicht absehbar. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrages ändert sich dadurch nicht. Eine Neuausschreibung der zusätzlichen Leistungen kommt aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht in Betracht.
