- Aufwendungen für die Entsorgung/Verwertung der Hausmüllverbrennungs-Schlacke (HMV-Schlacke)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Ergebnis eines Sanierungsaudits wurde das Abdecksystem geändert und die Planung entsprechend überarbeitet. Damit war das Material für die Trag- und Ausgleichsschicht nicht mehr erforderlich. Entsprechend dazu wurde die Leistung am 10.03.2023 teilgekündigt. Es erfolge eine Prüfung in wie weit das Material Verwendung finden kann. Es ergab sich keine zeitnahe Lösung worauf das Material beim Lieferanten gelagert wurde und zusätzliche Lagerkosten entstanden sind. Nach langen Bemühungen wurde eine Vereinbarung mit den Kreiswerken Apolda in Thüringen getroffen welche das Material zur Profilierung und als Trag- und Ausgleichsschicht nutzen können. Es ergab sich für die Entsorgung ein Einheitspreis von 26,00 €/t und insgesamt eine Kosteneinsparung für die Entsorgung von 317.240 €. Um das Sanierungsziel nicht zu gefährden wir die Leistung nicht separat ausgeschrieben. Die Entsorgungsleistung ist an die Kreiswerke Apolda zu vergeben.
