Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Rahmen des Projektes VST Hagen Hbf wurde ein Planänderungsverfahren notwendig, weshalb die teilweise überholten Gutachten fortgeschrieben werden mussten. Eine Neuaufstellung der Gutachten durch einen neuen Auftragnehmer wäre mit beträchtlichen Zusatzkosten und einer für das Projekt unverträglichen Terminschiene verbunden.
