         - Gesamtumsatz des Unternehmens, jeweils bezogen auf die 3 letzten abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre, entsprechend dem Gründungsdatum oder dem Datum der Tätigkeitsaufnahme des Unternehmens.

         - Umsatz für den Tätigkeitsbereich, der Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist (Scanner und/oder Software), jeweils bezogen auf die 3 letzten abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre, entsprechend

         dem Gründungsdatum oder dem Datum der Tätigkeitsaufnahme des Unternehmens. Bezogen auf die 3 letzten abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre wird gem. § 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 VgV für den

         Tätigkeitsbereich, der Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist (Lieferung von Scannern und Software) ein durchschnittlicher gesamter Mindestjahresumsatz von mindestens 500 000 EUR netto zwingend gefordert (Mindestanforderung).

         - Nachweis einer Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Haftpflichtdeckungshöhe von 1 Million EUR für Personen- und Sachschäden insgesamt und mindestens 500 000 EUR je

         Schadensfall und Versicherungsjahr bzw. Erklärung, im Auftragsfalle eine entsprechende Versicherung abzuschließen. Möglicherweise geforderte Mindeststandards:
