         Die Stadtwerke Bad Windsheim setzen für die Abrechnung, energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse und Finanzbuchhaltung ein energiewirtschaftliches Standardsystem mit zahlreichen Modulen ein. Dieses wird im Rechenzentrum eines anderen Stadtwerks der Region betrieben. Aufgrund der massiven Veränderungen im energiewirtschaftlichen Markt- und Prozessumfeld soll das bestehende System ersetzt werden.

         Der Anbieter muss eine vollständige Abdeckung der notwendigen Module für alle energiewirtschaftlichen Prozesse in den Marktrollen Netzbetreiber, Energievertrieb und Messstellenbetrieb sicherstellen. Weiterhin muss die Integration eines Buchhaltungssystems mit allen relevanten Modulen (Finanzbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, debitorisches und kreditorisches Nebenbuch etc.) erfolgen. Das System soll weiterhin Module für den Energievertrieb & Marketing, Energiedienstleistungen und Analyse & Berichtswesen umfassen.

         Das System kann ein integriertes Gesamtsystem sein oder auf Basis eines Kernsystems mit ergänzenden Modulen realisiert werden. Vom Anbieter wird in jedem Fall die Rolle des Generalunternehmers erwartet, d.h. das System ist so zu implementieren, als ob alle eingesetzten Module von ihm als Softwareproduzent stammen.

         Der Auftrag umfasst sowohl die Bereitstellung und Lizensierung der Softwaremodule als auch deren Implementierung und laufende Betreuung im Betrieb.
