Das IT-Servicezentrum der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg betreibt ein Datennetzwerk, welches im Rahmen der geplanten Ausschreibung erweitert werden soll.

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt dabei, eine Restrukturierung der Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsarchitektur nach einem hierarchischen Ansatz und identitätsbasierenden Nutzer Rollen zu realisieren.

Die Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) soll im Netzwerk der MLU in unterschiedlichen Szenarien und Funktionen eingesetzt werden. Dabei sollen Administration, Monitoring und Ausführung auf getrennten Geräten umgesetzt werden. Die ISE Knoten sollen in einem Distributed - Medium-Sized Network Deployment aufgebaut werden.

Admin (PAN) und Monitoring (MnT) Personas sollen auf einem HA-Cluster (zwei Hardware Appliances) im Rechenzentrum betrieben werden. Dabei sollen die Primary und Secondary Nodes der beiden Personas jeweils wechselseitig verteilt werden.

Die Security Nodes (PSN) werden in den jeweiligen Netzwerk Segmenten implementiert, wo die Dienste verwendet werden. Diese sollen auf den vorhandenen VM Instanzen laufen.

Eine vorhandene (Cisco Systems) Identity Services Engine Installation soll im Los 1 um zwei Hardware Appliances inkl. Lizenzen ergänzt werden. Die ausgeschriebenen Komponenten müssen kompatibel zu vorhandenen Installationen und Lizenzen sein.

Die angebotenen Hardwarekomponenten müssen nur geliefert werden.

Im Los 2 werden Dienstleistungsstunden oder Tagessätze oder ein Festpreis für die Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von ISE Leistungsmerkmalen abgefragt.

Die Stunden- oder Tagessätze bzw. Festpreise für die Inbetriebnahme und Installation müssen alle eventuell anfallenden Kosten für Reisen oder Übernachtungen enthalten.

Die Dienstleistungen müssen in folgender Reihenfolge erbracht werden. Der Anbieter muss die dabei erworbenen Kenntnisse der Netzwerk Infrastruktur der MLU bei allen Folgeschritten einbeziehen:

1. Grundinbetriebnahme der Hardware Appliances als HA Cluster.

2. Konfiguration identitätsbasierter Netzwerkzugang, Gast Portal, TACACS+ Authentisierung

3. Erarbeitung und Aufbau von Teststellungen für folgende Anwendungsfälle: Zertifizierungsstelle (CA), Rapid Threat Containment (RTC), Mobile Device Management - Bring your own Device (BYOD),

In Abstimmung mit dem Auftragnehmer wird der Auftraggeber alle Zuarbeiten durchführen, die zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der geforderten Dienstleistungen notwendig sind.
