Zusätzlich erforderliche Maßnahme zur Hinterfüllung der Baustraße und der Feinschicht unter der im Nachhinein geplanten Garage im Pausenhof.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zusätzlich erforderliche Maßnahme zur Hinterfüllung der Baustraße und der Feinschicht unter der im Nachhinein geplanten Garage im Pausenhof. Anspruchsgrundlage VOB/B § 2 Abs. 5 - Geänderter Bauentwurf / Anordnung durch BH. Daraus resultiert die Erforderlichkeit und Unvorhersehbarkeit.
