         Die Technikum Laubholz GmbH benötigt zur Destillation von Wasser aus Ionischer Flüssigkeit (IL) einen Dünnschichtverdampfer (DSV) mit einem Durchfluss von bis zu 50 l/h. Das Gerät arbeitet mit thermischen Energieeintrag im Vakuum, das eine Verdampfung bei reduzierten Temperaturen mit sich bringt. Dies ermöglicht eine Reduzierung des Wasser-gehaltes in der IL bei schonenden Temperaturen, indem man deutlich unter dem thermischen Zersetzungspunkt der IL destilliert. Das Wasser-IL Gemisch zeigt eine flüssige Viskosität (vgl. Wasser) und liegt mit einer IL-Konzentration von 30 % - 50 % Wasseranteil vor. Als Ergebnis der Destillation soll ein Wasseranteil von ca. 3% in der IL erreicht werden. In Vorversuchen hat sich gezeigt, dass sich das Wasser-IL Gemisch auf die gewünschte Konzentration von 3% in einem Dünnschichtverdampfer reduzieren lässt.

         Der zu beschaffende Dünnschichtverdampfer ist als komplett montierte Anlage zu liefern. Kundenseitig ist nur eine Stromversorgung vorzusehen (Stand-Alone Anlage). Eine manuelle Bedienung der Anlage ist ausreichend, eine SPS oder zusätzliche Visualisierung wird nicht benötigt. Der Durchfluss des Verdampfers muss variable und kontinuierliche mit bis zu 50 l/h Durchfluss gestaltet sein. Der Vorlagebehälter muss mit einem min. 50 l großen Behälter mit kontinuierlichem Zufluss zur Anlage ausgestattet sein und im Betrieb gespeist werden können. Die aufgearbeiteten Produktströme müssen kontinuierlich aus dem Prozess entfernt werden können. Die Verdampferoberfläche muss zwischen 0,4 m² bis 0,6 m² liegen. Die Heiztemperatur muss bis 140 °C betragen. Die produktberührten Bauteile müssen aus Edelstahl (V4A) gefertigt sein. Die Lieferzeit darf Juni 2024 nicht überschreiten.
