         - Abgabe einer Eigenerklärung über das Nichtbestehen von zwingenden und fakultativen Ausschlussgründen nach §§ 123 und 124 GWB (Dokument in den Vergabeunterlagen enthalten – als Bestätigung wird die Beantwortung einer Frage im Kriterienkatalog der Angebotserstellung gefordert).

         - ggf. Abgabe einer Eigenerklärung, warum bestehende fakultative Ausschlussgründe nach § 124 GWB nicht zum Ausschluss führen sollen (Darlegung im Rahmen einer Frage im Kriterienkatalog der Angebotserstellung möglich).

         - Die Vergabestelle des Auftraggebers wird vor Zuschlagserteilung eine aktuelle Auskunft aus dem Wettbewerbsregister einholen.

         - Ein Ausschluss aufgrund der Regelungen der §§ 123 und 124 GWB ist zu jedem Zeitpunkt des Vergabeverfahrens möglich.
