      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Gegenstand des Ausschreibungsverfahrens ist die Lieferung und Einführung eines Patientenportals mit den Bereichen Digitales Aufnahme- und Behandlungsmanagement im Sinne der Ziffern 4.2.3.1 und 4.3.2.2 der Richtlinie zur Förderung von Vorhaben zur Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Strukturen im Verlauf eines Krankenhausaufenthaltes von Patientinnen und Patienten nach § 21 Absatz 2 KHSFV in den oben genannten Einrichtungen des SLK-Verbunds.

         Für die Ausschreibung der Implementierung des o.g. Patientenportals wird eine Leistungsbeschreibung erstellt, die Anforderungen an eine Portallösung für Patienten, Einweiser und Nachbehandler definiert. Die angebotene Softwarelösung muss in das bei den SLK-Kliniken genutzte Krankenhausinformationssystem Orbis der Firma Dedalus Healthcare GmbH integrierbar sein.

         Alle MUSS Kriterien des Fördertatbestands 2 (§ 19 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 2 KHSFV) für die Bereiche Aufnahme- und Behandlungsmanagement sind als Mindestvoraussetzungen anzusehen.

         Eine Softwarelösung für das Entlassmanagement ist nicht Teil dieses Vergabeverfahrens.
