Der vorliegende Nachtrag umfasst die Versorgung einer Hausmeistergarage mit Strom und damit einhergehender Öffnung des Bodens um ein Kabelschutzrohr zu verlegen.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Eine bereits gelieferte Fertigteilgarage wurde auf Wunsch des Nutzers vorzeitig genutzt. Für die Nutzung über den Winter wurde eine Stromversorgung für Beleuchtung und Heizung notwendig, welche zum bisherigen Zeitpunkt nicht vorgesehen war. Die bisherige Planung sah vor, Versorgung der Garage erst herzustellen, wenn die Laufbahn demontiert wird. Aufgrund der vorzeitigen Nutzungsaufnahme wurde es notwendig, die Tartanbahn inkl. Unterbau aufzuschneiden, um eine Kabelschutzrohr zu verlegen. Die Öffnung wurde nachträglich wieder verschlossen. Daraus resultiert die Erforderlichkeit und Unvorhersehbarkeit der beschriebenen Leistung.
