         Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages zur Nutzung verschiedener Sportangebote für alle Mitarbeitenden der Stadt Oldenburg als Maßnahme des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements sowie des Personalmarketings.

         Die Leistungen werden dabei im Verbundsystem angeboten. Das bedeutet, dass es einen zentralen Vertrag zwischen der Stadt Oldenburg und dem Auftragnehmer gibt. Dieser wiederum unterhält Verträge mit den einzelnen Verbundpartnern, auf deren Angebot wir im Rahmen der Rahmenvereinbarung zugreifen können, mit denen die Stadt Oldenburg aber in keinerlei direktem vertraglichen Verhältnis steht. Ziel ist, den Mitarbeitenden der Stadt Oldenburg eine Teilnahme an einem umfänglichen und möglichst vielfältigen Sportangebot an verschiedenen Sportstätten zu ermöglichen – unter Berücksichtigung eines monatlichen Eigenanteils von 25 EUR pro Teilnehmenden.

         Die Ausschreibung umfasst eine Rahmenvereinbarung zur Einrichtung eines Firmensportkonzeptes für etwa 3.200 (davon ca. 570 Beamte) tariflich Beschäftigte sowie Beamte der Stadt Oldenburg (Oldb abschließen. Mit der Einführung dieses Firmensportkonzeptes möchte die Stadt Oldenburg ein räumlich, inhaltlich und zeitlich erweitertes Angebot der bisherigen städtischen Sportkurse im Rahmen der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung schaffen.
