      Laut gutachterliche Beurteilungen hat die Feuerwehr Hagen ein Defizit von mindestens 4 RTW.

      Die allgemeinen Lieferkettenproblematiken wirken sich auch auf verzögerte Auslieferungen von Rettungsdienstfahrzeugen aus.

      Eine jetzt eingeleitete Vergabe wird erst 2025 mit der Auslieferung der Fahrzeuge umgesetzt.

      Eine durchgeführte Marktanalyse zeigte deutlich, dass die Auftragsbücher und Bestellsystem der Hersteller kaum noch über freie Kapazitäten verfügen.

      Eine Vergabe im Rahmen eines neuen Offenen Verfahrens mit normaler Fristsetzung hätte zur Folge, dass die Auslieferung der Fahrgestelle und der Aufbauten sich noch weiter verzögert, was einer Umsetzung des Rettungsdienstbedarfsplanes entgegenstehen würde und wiederum zu einer massiven Verschlechterung der rettungsdienstlichen Versorgung von Notfallpatienten führt.

      Aus diesem Grund wird eine Verkürzung der Angebotsfrist gemäß § 15 Abs.3 VGV angestrebt.
