Aufgrund einer bauherrenseitigen Änderung mussten zwei neue Kochkessel geplant, beschafft und in die Produktionsküche integriert werden.

Die Änderung des Konzepts der Produktionsküche war für den AG zum Zeitpunkt der Vergabe im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflichten nicht vorhersehbar.

Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags ändert sich durch die Nachtragsleistung nicht.
