         Im vorliegenden Leistungsverzeichnis sind Dachdeckungs- und Klempnerarbeiten im Bereich Bestandsdach und Aufzugsdach im Zusammenhang mit dem Umbau und der Erweiterung des Personenaufzugs auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes ausgeschrieben.

         Die Arbeiten bestehend unter anderem aus folgenden Leistungen (Auszug aus dem LV):

         - ca. 50 m² Rückbau Schieferdeckung

         - ca. 50 m² Rückbau Dachschalung

         - ca. 40 m² Schalung und Unterdeckung

         - ca. 40 m² Schieferddeckung

         - 2 St Taglichtkamine einbauen

         - 10 St Entlüfterstutzen

         - 2 St Wetterschutzrohre für Lüftung

         - ca. 10 m² gedämmte Sandwichelemente mit Unterkonstruktion für neues Aufzugsdach und Übergangsdach zum Hauptdach

         - ca. 50 m² gedämmte Sandwichelemente mit Unterkonstruktion für neues Seitenwände der Aufzugserweiterung und Übergangsbauteils zum Hauptdach

         - ca. 20 m² Rückbau Metalldachdeckung

         - Rückbau von Gesimsverblechungen, Wandanschlussbleche, Dachrinne und Fensterbänke
