         Der Abfallwirtschaftsbetreib der Stadt Oldenburg plant unter dem Titel „Neubau einer Bioabfallvergärungsanlage“ die Ausschreibung von Generalplanungsleistungen.

         Geplant ist die Errichtung und der Betrieb einer vorgeschalteten Vergärungsstufe zur Biogutkompostierungsanlage sowie die Sanierung und Optimierung der vorhandenen Biogutkompostierungsanlage. Grundlage ist die von der Witzenhausen-Institut für Abfall, Umwelt und Energie GmbH erstellte Vorplanung „Erhalt und Optimierung des Kompost-werks Neuenwege“. Weitere Informationen entnehmen Sie dem Anlagenteil B.1.

         Zur Umsetzung des Projekts sollen Planungsleistungen im Rahmen einer europaweiten Ausschreibung vergeben werden. Der Auftragswert der Leistungen überschreitet nach der zuvor durchgeführten Berechnung des AG den Schwellenwert von 215.000,00 € netto.
