      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Für die IT-Ausstattung von Schulkabinetten an Leipziger Schulen sollen Microsoft Schullizen-zen beschafft werden.

         Als 90%ige Tochter der Stadt Leipzig übernimmt die Lecos GmbH die Beschaffung dieser Lizenzen.

         Dabei soll die Lecos GmbH als Vertragsnehmer und -halter der Microsoft Verträge die Be-schaffung zentralisieren; die Lizenzen werden jedoch ausschließlich in den Leipziger Schulen verwendet. Dieses Beschaffungskonstrukt wurde von Microsoft bereits positiv geprüft und befindet sich im Einsatz.

         Für die Client-Geräte sollen die Lizenzen über ein Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) beschafft werden. Es besteht bereits ein Beitritt zum FWU4.0, welcher zum 31.10.2023 aus-läuft. Im Rahmen der Ausschreibung soll daher der Folgevertrag für 12 Monate abgeschlos-sen werden.

         Die Serverlizenzen hingegen sollen als dauerhafte Lizenzen über einen bestehenden Select Plus Academic bezogen werden. Der entsprechende Server Pool des Vertrags ist aktiv. Dar-über hinaus können weitere Abrufe über diesen Vertrag erfolgen.

         Für die folgenden Verträge wird der Handelspartner ausgeschrieben, über welchen sämtliche Lizenzbezüge dieser Verträge für die Laufzeit von 12 Monaten abgewickelt werden:

         - Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES):

         o Als Anschluss an bestehenden Vertrag FWU4.0:

         Dabei unterstützt der neue Handelspartner auch bei dem vorgegebenen Vorgehen zum Wechsel des Handelspartners für den Select Plus Academic sowie beim Abschluss des EES.

         Neben dem Lizenzverkauf bietet der Handelspartner unentgeltliche Serviceleistungen im Zu-sammenhang mit dem Lizenzverkauf an, wie unter 1.5 beschrieben.

         Der neue Handelspartner soll die Vertragsabwicklung der genannten Verträge ab 01.11.2023 für die Dauer von 12 Monaten übernehmen.
