Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Verfugung der Betonfertigteile wurde schon während der Baumaßnahme vorgenommen, da keine Setzungen zu erwarten waren. Außerdem wurden für den Einbau der Stahlkanten und für den Vliesanschluss Erdarbeiten durchgeführt. Die Drainage der Rasenböschung und 2 Leitungen befanden sich im Arbeitsraum der Betonfertigteile und mussten zwischenzeitlich ausgebaut und nach Fertigstellung wieder eingebaut werden. Für den Anschluss des neuen Weges an den Bestandsweg wurden Steine aufgenommen und entsorgt. Außerdem mussten auch hierfür vorhandene Abfallbehälter vorübergehend abgebaut werden. Um ein Ausspülen des Sandes an den Wegöffnungen zu verhindern wurden Stahlwangen eingebaut. Durch erhöhtes Müllaufkommen wurden zusätzliche Abfallbehälter benötigt. Außerdem mussten aufgrund von Höhenänderungen an den Oberbauschichten und an der Betonrückenstütze Anpassungen vorgenommen werden.
