         Die Stadt Immenstadt i. Allgäu (nachfolgend „Auftraggeber“ genannt) schreibt gemeinsam mit den Stadtwerken Immenstadt i. Allgäu die Lieferung von Erdgas mit Lieferbeginn ab 01.01.2024 für einen Lieferzeitraum von 3 Jahren in einem Offenen Verfahren europaweit aus.

         Mit Zuschlagserteilung kommt mit dem auf Grund dieser Ausschreibung erfolgreich berücksichtigten Bieter (nachfolgend auch „Auftragnehmer“ genannt) und dem Auftraggeber ein Liefervertrag über die Versorgung mit Erdgas gemäß den Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen/Erdgasliefervertrag zustande. Die Versorgung umfasst die Lieferung von Erdgas einschließlich Netznutzung und sämtliche damit unmittelbar verbundenen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen eines "All-Inclusive-Vertrages".

         Ziel des Vertrages ist eine sichere Versorgung zu wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen.

         Die Stadt Immenstadt i. Allgäu (nachfolgend „Auftraggeber“ genannt) schreibt gemeinsam mit

         den Stadtwerken Immenstadt i. Allgäu die Lieferung von Erdgas mit Lieferbeginn ab

         01.01.2024 für einen Lieferzeitraum von 2 Jahren plus ein Jahr Verlängerung in einem Offenen

         Verfahren europaweit aus.

         Mit Zuschlagserteilung kommt mit dem auf Grund dieser Ausschreibung erfolgreich

         berücksichtigten Bieter (nachfolgend auch „Auftragnehmer“ genannt) und dem Auftraggeber

         ein Liefervertrag über die Versorgung mit Erdgas gemäß den Besonderen

         Vertragsbedingungen/Erdgasliefervertrag zustande. Die Versorgung umfasst die Lieferung

         von Erdgas einschließlich Netznutzung und sämtliche damit unmittelbar verbundenen

         Tätigkeiten im Rahmen eines "All-Inclusive-Vertrages".

         Ziel des Vertrages ist eine sichere Versorgung zu wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen.

         1. Energiebedarf und Abnahmestellen

         Entsprechend den in den Abnahmestellenlisten aufgeführten Daten beträgt der Gesamterdgasbedarf

         der Teilnehmer 3.421.531 kWh für 2024 und teilt sich auf 20 Abnahmestellen auf.

         Für das Jahr 2025 und das Verlängerungsjahr 2026 beträgt der Gesamterdgasbedarf der Teilnehmer

         3.389.902 kWh und teilt sich auf 19 Abnahmestellen auf.

         Die in den Abnahmestellenlisten angegebenen Verbrauchswerte basieren überwiegend auf

         den Verbrauchsdaten des Jahres 2022. Da der Verbrauch weitgehend von der Außentemperatur

         abhängig ist, können sich jährlich deutlich voneinander abweichende Verbrauchswerte

         ergeben. Für die Wertung der Angebote werden die in der Abnahmestellenliste genannten

         Verbrauchswerte herangezogen.

         Alle angegebenen Daten dienen lediglich zur Orientierung und stellen keine verbindlichen Verbrauchswerte

         dar.
