Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Während hauptvertraglich ledilich der teilweise Schotterausbau und Einbau einer PSS im 3. Gleis vereinbart war, ist es nun erforderlich, den Altschotter vollständig aus dem Gleis zu entfernen und eine PSS-Schicht sowie eine FSS-Schicht herzustellen (Geometrie des Oberbaus: im Mittel 5,5 m Breite und 0,8 m Tiefe). Hierfür bedarf es einer angepassten Logistik hinischtlich des Transportes der erhöhten Ausbaumengen zur Zwischenlagerung und anschließenden Entsorgung.
