         Die Eignung ist mit dem Angebot durch Eintragung in die Liste des Vereins für Präqualifikation von Bauunternehmen e.V. (Präqualifikationsverzeichnis) oder Eigenerklärungen gem. Formblatt 124 (Eigenerklärungen zur Eignung) oder anhand der Einheitlichen Europäischen Eigenerklärung (EEE) nachzuweisen. Gelangt das Angebot eines nicht präqualifizierten Bieters in die engere Wahl, sind die im Formblatt 124 angegebenen Bescheinigungen auf gesondertes Verlangen vorzulegen. Beruft sich der Bieter zur Erfüllung des Auftrages auf die Fähigkeiten anderer Unternehmen, ist die jeweilige Nummer im Präqualifikationsverzeichnis oder es sind die Erklärungen und Bescheinigungen gemäß dem Formblatt 124 auch für diese anderen Unternehmen auf Verlangen vorzulegen.

         Das Formblatt 124 ist Inhalt der Vergabeunterlagen.

         Bieter, die ihren Sitz nicht in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland haben, haben gleichwertige Bescheinigungen von anerkannten Stellen ihres Herkunftslandes vorzulegen. Der Auftraggeber wird für den Bieter, der den Zuschlag erhalten soll, einen Auszug aus dem Gewerbezentralregister (§ 150a Gewerbeordnung) beim Bundeszentralregister anfordern. Ausländische Bieter haben gleichwertige Bescheinigungen ihres Herkunftslandes vorzulegen. Der Bieter hat die Einhaltung der Mindestentgelt-Regelungen zu berücksichtigen.
