Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Um zusätzliche Schäden an den Bodenbelägen zu vermeiden, ist es erforderlich, diese abzudecken. Aus diesem Grund wurde ein Nachtragsangebot angefordert. Die Aussbesserungsarbeiten der beschädigten Bodenbeläge im Bereich der Baustellenzufahrt vor dem IGCV werden im Rahmen der Landschaftsbauarbeiten durchgeführt.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Um zusätzliche Schäden an den Bodenbelägen zu vermeiden, ist es erforderlich, diese abzudecken. Aus diesem Grund wurde ein Nachtragsangebot angefordert.
