Das zwischen 1965 und 1968 erbaute ehemalige Rathaus der Stadt Neheim-Hüsten, seit dem Zusammenschluss der Gemeinden nun Verwaltungssitz der Stadt Arnsberg, wird saniert. Der Flachtrakt des Verwaltungsgebäudes wurde vollständig zurück gebaut. Der achtgeschossige Büroturm (Hochtrakt) wird bis

auf den Rohbau (Stahlbetonskelett) entkernt und saniert. Der Hochtrakt wird anschließend umgebaut und neugestaltet. Der Flachtrakt wird neu errichtet.

Ausgeschrieben sind die Rohbauarbeiten für den Flach- und den Hochtrakt:

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Staubschutzwände:Das Erfordernis zur angebotenen Leistung hat sich bei der Baustellenorganisation für die bereit"s beauftragte Nachtragsleistung der Betoninstandsetzung als die wirtschaftlichste herausgestellt. Zum Zeitpunkt der Nachtragsstellung für die Betoninstandsetzung konnte aufgrund der komplexen Baustellenzusammenhänge und der Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Ausführungsmöglichkeiten noch kein Angebot erfolgen. Schutzausrüstung:Das Erfordernis zur angebotenen Leistung ist aufgrund der notwendigen Abdichtung der Außenwände, des Einbaus einer neuen Bodenplatte und damit verbundener Arbeiten erforderlich. Zum Zeitpunkt der Beauftragung/ Ausschreibung waren die Kontaminationeh im 02. UG Hochtrakt nicht bekannt. Aus Gründen des Gesundheits-und Arbeitsschutzes sind die angebotenen Leistungen erforderlich.
