      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Ausgeschrieben werden die Betreuung, die Weiterentwicklung, der Ausbau und die Optimierung des bestehenden Systems. Hierbei wird differenziert zwischen:

         - Abschnitt 4.1: feste Positionen mit konkret anstehenden und definierten Umsetzungen,

         - Abschnitt 4.2: optionalen Arbeiten, die auf Basis der vertraglich definierten Stundensätze abgerechnet werden können. Aufgeführt ist eine nicht abschließende Auswahl an denkbaren bzw. teilweise bereits angedachten Umsetzungen.

         - Abschnitt 4.3: Wartung & Pflege des Systems inkl. Server-Support und

         - Abschnitt 4.4: Eventualpositionen.

         Bei den Umsetzungen handelt es sich um verschiedene Aufgabenbereiche, die u.a. den technischen Support des Systems, die Programmierung von neuen Schnittstellen, grafische Anpassungen der Website aber auch kreativen Input zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Onlineangebotes umfassen.

         Die Auftraggeberin geht von einem Auftragsvolumen von bis zu 785.000,00 EUR netto über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit von voraussichtlich 01.03.2024 - 31.12.2029 aus. Die konkrete Verteilung der Aufwände über diesen Zeitraum ist aufgrund der o.g. Gründe noch nicht planbar. Die Auftraggeberin garantiert neben den fest eingeplanten Umsetzungen (Positionen 4.1 und 4.3) einer Mindestumsetzung von 50 Personentagen pro Jahr für die Position 4.2. Die Gesamtsumme an Aufträgen ist vorbehaltlich der Finanzierung durch das Klimaschutzministerium Rheinland-Pfalz.

         Geplant ist die Fortführung und Weiterentwicklung des Energieatlas und des Klimaschutz-Dashboards über die

         Vertragslaufzeit hinaus. Die Vertragslaufzeit kann zu den im Angebot genannten Preisen fünf Mal jeweils ab

         dem 1. Januar des Folgejahres bis zum 31. Dezember des jeweiligen Folgejahres von der Auftraggeberin

         verlängert werden. Eine Zustimmung des Auftragnehmers ist für die Wirksamkeit der Verlängerung dann nicht

         mehr erforderlich. Bei Nutzung aller Verlängerungsoptionen durch die Auftraggeberin kann die Gesamtlaufzeit damit bis zum

         31.12.2029 gehen.
