Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Rahmen des Gleisbaus ist aus terminlichen Gründen die vorgezogene Herstellung der Weichenverbindungen 04W7 und

04W8 erforderlich. Um kurzfristig die entsprechenden Verdichtungswerte der dortigen Planunmsschutzschichten zu erreichen, ist

zusätzlich eine KG-1-Schicht einzubauen.

Der AN (THG) ist gemäß Hauptvertrags-LV umfänglich mit der Planung und Herstellung der Verkehrsanlagen beauftragt. Die

Herstellung der zusätzlich erforderlichen KG-1-Schicht kann dabei von der Herstellung der bisherigen Vertragsleistungen zur

Herstellung der Entwässerungsanlagen nicht getrennt werden. Die Vergabe dieser Leistungen an ein weiteres Unternehmen ist

aus terminlichen, sowie wirtschaftlichen Gründen nicht sinnvoll.
