         Das Landratsamt Heilbronn realisiert den Neubau einer Straßenmeisterei auf dem Areal der bestehenden alten Straßenmeisterei . Diese wurde rückgebaut und abgebrochen.

         Der Standort der Straßenmeisterei Abstatt liegt in der Gemeinde Abstatt auf dem Grundstück Flst . N r. 9 84. Das Grundstück wird auf der Ost - u nd Nordseite durch die Seestrasse 15, a uf der Südseite durch Flst . N r. 982/3 und auf der Westseite durch den Happenbach begrenzt.

         Hof - und Fahrflächen sollen als Asphaltbelag mit den erforderlichen Abwasserrinnen und Abwasserabläufen erstellt werden. Stellflächen für Pkw mit Pflasterbelag.
