         Das Zentrum für Psychiatrie plant am Standort Klinikum Schloss Winnenden einen Neubau für die Klinik für Allgemeinpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie. Es sollen zwei offene Sektorstationen, eine Tagesklinik und eine Psychiatrische Institutsambulanz untergebracht werden.

         Das Tragwerk ist in Stahlbetonmassivbauweise konstruiert. Die Fassade des Sockelgeschosses ist mit einer Sichtbetonfassade geplant.

         Zusammen mit extensiv begrünten Flachdächern, einer dichten Fassadenkonstruktion, Holzfenstern mit Dreifach-Isolierverglasung und einem guten

         Dämmstandard wird eine nachhaltige und energiesparende Gebäudehülle erreicht.

         Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über den begehbaren Installationskanal. Dies betrifft sowohl die Stark-, Schwach- und Sicherheitsstromtechnik.

         Die Dachflächen werden mit einer Photovoltaikanlage belegt.
