         Die Messe Erfurt ist ein dynamischer Messeplatz, der von allen wichtigen Städten Deuschlands schnell undeinfach zu erreichen ist. Erfurt ist der zweitgrößte Messestandort in den neuen Bundesländern. Auf dem Gelände der Messe befinden sich eine Mehrzweckhalle, zwei Messehallen und ein modernesKongreßzentrum. Dies bietet variable Möglichkeiten für unterschiedlichste Veranstaltungen. Die Geschäftsfelderder Messegesellschaft sind insbesondere "Messen und Ausstellungen", "Kongresse und Tagungen" sowie"Events und Konzerte".

         Die Messe Erfurt GmbH beabsichtigt, an ein Unternehmen (= Konzessionär) die Lieferung von Bier und Biermixgetränken exklusiv zu übertragen. Vorgesehen ist ein Vertrag für die Dauer von 60 Monaten (mit vorzeitiger Kündigungsmöglichkeit) mit einer einmaligen Verlängerungsmöglichkeit um 12 Monaten. Das Unternehmen erbringt als Konzessionär seine Leistung unmittelbar gegenüber dem Getränkegroßhändler und dem Caterer. Die Messe Erfurt GmbH erhält vom Unternehmen Werbekostenzuschüsse zur Umsetzung des neuen Gastronomiekonzeptes.

         Die Brauerei soll darüber hinaus für den Getränkeausschank dauerhaft und auf Anforderung für Großveranstaltungen auf Leihbasis Schank- und Kühltechnik sowie gastronomisches Equipment zur Verfügung stellen. Der Bierlieferpreis muss über vertragliche Regelungen zwischen dem Getränkegroßhändler und dem Exklusiv-Caterer vereinbart werden. Ziel ist es, mit der Vergabe die gastronomische Qualität in der Messe Erfurt und den wachsenden Ansprüche an einen attraktiven Messe- und Eventstandort gerecht zu werden.
