Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen innerhalb einer denkmalgeschützten Anlage. Schaffung von insgesamt sechs familiengerechten, tlw. barrierefreien FeWo. Der neuzeitlich ergänze Anbau der Burggaststätte wird abgerissen und durch einen modernen Neubau ersetzt. Die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (ELT+HLS) wird erneuert. Es erfolgt eine energetische Sanierung, soweit im denkmalgeschützten Bestand möglich. Der bauliche Brandschutz wird ertüchtigt, Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit durchgeführt. Die vorhandene Tiefgarage wird aufgrund von Bauschäden saniert.

„Der Nachprüfungsantrag ist nach § 1 60 Abs. 3 GWB unzulässig, soweit der Antragsteller den geltend

gemachten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften vor Einreichen des Nachprüfungsantrags erkannt und

gegenüber dem Auftraggeber nicht innerhalb einer Frist von zehn Kalendertagen gerügt hat; Verstöße

gegen Vergabevorschriften, die aufgrund der Bekanntmachung erkennbar sind, müssen spätestens

bis zum Ablauf der in der Bekanntmachung benannten Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur Angebotsabgabe

gegenüber dem Auftraggeber gerügt werden, Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die erst in den

Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, spätestens bis zum Ablauf der Frist zur Bewerbung oder zur
