         Die bestehende Kindertagesstätte am Nordrand von Holzkirchen, in der Erich- Kästner-Strasse, soll erweitert

         werden. Die Erweiterung wird als zweigeschossiger Anbau mit versetztem Satteldach und einer

         Teilunterkellerung für Technikräume und Lager errichtet.

         Im Aussenraum erhält der Hortbereich zwei Hofbereiche sowie einen Gartenanteil mit einer Lärmschutzwand

         zur Rosenheimerstraße. Die Erstellung der Lärmschutzwand erfolgt als separate Baumaßnahme.

         Die Bodenverhältnisse erfordern besondere Maßnahmen bei der Gründung des Bauwerks.

         Als Vorabmaßnahme werden auf dem Grundstück Sickeranlagen erstellt. Diese dürfen nicht überfahren

         werden.

         Während der gesamten Bauzeit findet der Betrieb des bestehenden Kindergartens statt.

         Das Bauwerk soll in 3 Bauabschnitten errichtet werden. Die versetzten Ausführungszeiten sind im

         Bauzeitenplan dargestellt und sind einzukalkulieren.

         Das Gebäude wird teilunterkellert. Die Oberflächen der Holzbauteile im Innenraum sind fertige Oberflächen

         und werden nicht weiter behandelt. Sie sind gegen Verunreinigungen und Beschädigungen zu schützen.

         Die energetische Zielsetzung setzt eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aller am Bau Beteiligter voraus.

         Insbesondere bedeutet dies konstruktive Wärmebrücken zu vermeiden, ein sauberes Arbeiten und ein hohes

         Maß der Luftdichtigkeit der Gebäudehülle

         Das LV Schreiner - Innentüren enthält im wesentlichen folgende Leistungen:

         Zur Ausführung kommen insgesamt 70 Holz - Türen mit Holzblockzargen mit folgenden Anforderungen:

         - Innentüren mit Holz -Blockzargen, Türblätter mit HPL -Beschichtung, zum Teil mit Glasausschnitten

         - Holz-Rahmen-Glas Türen mit feststehenden Seitenverglasungen

         - Holz-Rahmen-Glas Fenster mit feststehender Verglasungen sowie

         - Stahltüren mit Eckzargen im UG.

         Leistung des AN ist auch das Prüfen der vogegebenen Materialstärken hinsichtlich einer ausreichenden

         Bemessung.

         Das Aufmaß vor Ort und die Vorfertigung ist nach Fertigstellung der Estricharbeiten zu beginnen.

         Von einer unterbrechungsfreien Leistungserbringung kann nicht ausgegangen werden.

         Der Auftragnehmer hat seine Leistungen in Koordination mit den Gewerken HLS und ELT zu erbringen.
