Betrieb einer Grundwassersanierungsanlage (Pump&Treat) zur Abreinigung von LHKW und Schwertmetalle über einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren mit der Option der Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr inkl. Lieferung und betriebsbereiter Bereitstellung von Betriebsmitteln, Gestellung Betriebspersonal, Dokumentation und Entsorgungsleistungen - Entnahme einer Wassermenge von bis zu 6 m³/h aus zunächst 3 Sanierungsbrunnen (jeweils 2 m³/h) - Zuleitung des belasteten Grundwassers über getrennte Rohrleitungen zu einer ortsfesten Grundwasseraufbereitungsanlage - Reinigung des belasteten Grundwassers mittels geeigneter Aufbereitungstechnik zur Entfernung der LHKW und Schwermetalle bestehend aus: - Kompaktstripper mit nachgeschalteter Luftaktivkohleabreinigung für LHKW - mehrstufige Ionentauscheranlage zur Entfernung der Schwermetalle - Wasseraktivkohlefiltration zur Entfernung von LHKW-Restgehalten und sonstigen organischen Schadstoffen - Einleitung des Reinwassers an- bzw. seitenstromig in den Aquifer

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Die zu beauftragenden Leistungen hängen intensiv mit den bereits vergebenen Leistungen zusammen, waren aber nicht vorhersehbar und daher im ursprünglichen Auftrag nicht vorgesehen. Eine Vergabe dieser Leistungen an Dritte ist aus technischen Gründen (Schnittstellen und Gewährleistung) nicht möglich und wäre aufgrund beträchtlicher Zusatzkosten für die Vergabevorbereitung/-durchführung/-auswertung wirtschaftlich nicht sinnvoll.
