Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die ausgeschriebene Oberflächenqualität kann mit der beauftragten Leistung nicht erreicht werden. Grund hierfür sind Versprünge und Schlaungskaten der Rohdecke. Vorbereitende Arbeiten (Schleifen) und Spachtelung der Robaudecken sind grundsätzlich im Auftrags-LV enthalten, jedoch war zum Ausschreibungszeitpunkt nicht vorherzusehen, dass weitere Maßnahmen erforderlich werden, die zur Herstellung der ausgeschriebenen Oberflächenqualität notwendig sind.
