         Auf dem Gelände des Klärwerks Dradenau ist der Bau einer Wärmepumpenanlage bestehend aus vier Großwärmepumpen samt Neben- und Hilfsaggregaten in einem neuen Betriebsgebäude geplant.

         Die vorliegende Ausschreibung für Los 7 umfasst die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der folgenden elektrischen Komponenten:

         Mittelspannungsschaltanlage

         - mit Einspeisefeld, Mess- und Erdungsfeld, Abgangsfelder Transformator und

         IS-Begrenzer einschließlich Mitnahmefeld.

         - Einen Öltransformator 10/0,4 kV/1600 kVA

         - Vier Motorstarter mit Einspeisefeld, Sanftanlasser und Kompensationsfeld.

         - Installation von Kabeln und Kabeltrassen.

         Niederspannungsschaltanlage

         - mit Niederspannungshauptverteilung, Niederspannungsunterverteilung,

         Netzunabhängige Spannungsversorgungen für Notbeleuchtung (400VAC) für

         Hilfsspannung MS-Schaltanlage (60VDC) und Steuerspannung (230VAC)

         - Schaltfelder mit Softstarter und Frequenzumrichter

         - NS-Schaltfelder für Schieber und Nebenaggregate

         - Erdungsanlage, Blitz und Überspannungsschutz

         - Gebäudetechnik Steckdosen und Beleuchtung

         - Installation von Kabeln und Kabeltrassen sowie Brandschutz von

         Kabeldurchführungen.

         Automatisierungstechnik

         - Mit zwei Speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen und dezentraler Peripherie der

         I/O-Baugruppen. Die Anbindung erfolgt über PROFIBUS mit CU- und LWL-Kabeln.

         Eine Anbindung der Schutzgeräte der Mittelspannungsanlage wird mit dem

         Protokoll IEC61850 realisiert.

         Die Softwareerstellung ist gem. der Funktionsbeschreibung in Abstimmung der

         Leittechnik und Automatisierungstechnik des Wärmepumpenherstellers zu erstellen.
