         Die Vergabestelle wählt anhand der eingegangenen Teilnahmeanträge die vier am besten bewerteten Bewerber aus, die zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert werden. In die Auswahl einbezogen werden alle Bewerber, die einschließlich eventuell von der Vergabestelle nachgeforderter Unterlagen formal vollständige Teilnahmeanträge vorlegen, aus denen sich die Erfüllung der Mindestanforderungen an die Eignung ergibt. Die Anforderungen hieran ergeben sich aus den Angaben unter Ziffer III.1.

         Die für die Auswahl der vier besten Bewerber relevanten objektiven Bewertungskriterien einschließlich deren Gewichtung sind (1) die Fachkunde und Erfahrung des Bewerbers belegt durch vergleichbare Referenzprojekte (78%), (2) die personelle Ausstattung des Bewerbers belegt durch Erklärungen zum Personal (5%), (3) die Effizienz des Bewerbers belegt durch Zertifizierungen (12%), (4) die technische Leistungsfähigkeit mit Blick auf nachhaltiges Wirtschaften belegt durch Erklärungen zu Maßnahmen hierzu (5%).

         Bei Punktgleichstand entscheidet das Los. Die Bewertung der einzelnen Kriterien erfolgt entsprechend dem in den Vergabeunterlagen enthaltenen Bewertungsmaßstab.

         1.) Mindestjahresumsatz in dem Tätigkeitsbereich des Auftrages, belegt durch eine Erklärung über den jeweiligen Gesamtumsatz in den letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre.

         2.) Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung in geeigneter Höhe, belegt durch eine Eigenerklärung.

         Der Nachweis zu 1.) und 2.) ist durch Nutzung des Fragebogens zur Eignung zu führen. Alternativ kann eine Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung oder ein Präqualifizierungsnachweis eingereicht werden.

         Der Mindestjahresumsatz muss im Durchschnitt der letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre 200 000,00 EUR netto betragen.

         Zu 2. Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung

         Die Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mussß folgende Mindestdeckungssummen aufweisen:

         a.) 1 000 000,00 EUR je Schadensfall bei doppelter Jahreshöchstleistung (d.h. 2 000 000,00 EUR) für Personen- und Sachschäden,

         b.) sowie 500 000,00 EUR je Schadensfall bei doppelter Jahreshöchstleistung. (d.h. 1 000 000,00 EUR) für Vermögensschäden
