VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

LÄA 08 Im Projekt "Optimierung Bahnknoten Offenburg" fallen aufgrund der

Projektentwicklung und gemäß HOAI zusätzliche Leistungen an, die Planung zusätzlicher Objekte ist erforderlich. Infolge der

geplanten Erdarbeiten ist zur Sicherung der Gleislage der Betriebsgleise und der Baustelle eine Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung

bezogen auf erforderliche Verbaumaßnahmen notwendig. Die Verbauten sind erforderlich, um einen Austausch des Oberbaus im

Bereich der neuen Gleis- und Weichenanlagen bei Aufrechterhaltung des angrenzenden Betriebs zu ermöglichen.

Außerdem ist aufgrund Längs- und Querneigung infolge der Anpassung der Trassierung auf die neue Weichenverbindung eine

Anpassung des Bahnsteiges an Gleis 3 und 4 erforderlich. Hierzu gehören die Ermittlung der Planungsgrundlagen, Untersuchung

der Lösungsmöglichkeiten und Erarbeitung eines Planungskonzepts.

Da es sich um Leistungen handelt, die im direkten Zusammenhang mit der Erfüllung der Gesamtleistung steht, verändert sich

der Gesamtcharakter der Maßnahme nicht. Es sind nach wie vor die Planungsleistungen zur Optimierung des Bahnknotens

Offenburg zur erbringen.
