Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

LÄA 130 Planung Leitungsverlegung Endzustand Harburger Chaussee

Im Zuge der Planung der EU HCH Str. 2200 stellte sich heraus, zur Herstellung der vertraglichen Leistungen zusätzliche Planungsleistungen für die Leitungsumverlegung erforderlich werden. Die zusätzlichen Leistungen waren nicht Teil der Ausschreibung und konnten erst im Zuge der Realisierung erkannt werden. Sie sind für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Gesamtprojektes notwendig.

Die zusätzlich erforderlichen Leistungen an den vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen sind im Zusammenhang mit den vertraglich vereinbarten Arbeiten durchzuführen. Bei einer getrennten Vergabe drohen Behinderungen in der weiteren Fortführung der Ausführung sowie in der entsprechenden Realisierung.
