         Die geforderten Erklärungen und Nachweise sind vom Bewerber und bei Bewerbergemeinschaften jeweils von allen Mitgliedern vorzulegen. Ausländische Bewerber haben gleichwertige Nachweise der für sie zuständigen Behörde /

         Institution ihres Heimatlandes beizubringen. Zusätzlich sind diese ins Deutsche zu übersetzen, was durch eine beglaubigte Übersetzung geschehen muss.

         Folgende Eigenerklärungen und Nachweise sind erforderlich:

         - Soweit zutreffend: Bewerbergemeinschaftserklärung. Hierfür ist das Formular "HVA L StB Erklärung Bieter/Arbeitsgemeinschaft" zu verwenden.

         Bei einer Bewerbergemeinschaft ist die Berufshaftpflichtversicherung für jedes Mitglied der Bewerbergemeinschaft maßgebend.

         Eigenerklärung: Sofern bereits bekannt, Angaben zum Einsatz von Unterauftragnehmern. Im Falle des Einsatzes von Unterauftragnehmern ist die Teilleistung anzugeben, welche durch Unterauftragnehmer ausgeführt wird.
