         Die Stadtwerke Ludwigsburg-Kornwestheim GmbH planen den Bau einer neuen Energie zentrale zur Wärme und

         Stromversorgung des großen Fernwärmenetzes, mit der Möglichkeit, zukünftig weitere umliegende

         Gebiete anzubinden.

         Die neu zu erstellende Netzverbindung ermöglicht die Einbindung von Wärme aus erneuerbaren Energien

         (Biomethan).

         Der vorgesehene Standort der Energiezentrale Waldäcker liegt westlich in Ludwigsburg.

         Nach aktuellem Stand ist für die Energiezentrale Waldäcker 3 ein Erzeugerkonzept mit

         Biomethan-Blockheizkraftwerken (BHKW) und einem Erdgas-Blockheizkraftwerk für die Erzeugung von Strom

         und Wärme vorgesehen, bestehend aus folgenden Hauptanlagenteilen:

         · 1 x hocheffiziente Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung mittels Blockheizkraftwerk mit ca. 999 kW

         (elektrisch zur Abdeckung der Eigenversorgung und der Stromversorgung der Wärmepumpen)

         · 2 x hocheffiziente Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung mittels Biomethan-Blockheizkraftwerke,

         mit je 4,5 MW elektrisch

         · 2 Wärmepumpen mit effizienter Einbindung für die Abwärmenutzung von:

         - dritte Stufe Abgas (Abgasaustrittstemperaturen von ca. 40 °C)

         · Raumluftnutzung der BHKW-Anlagen

         · Nutzung der zweiten Gemischkühlstufe II (GK II) der BHKW-Anlagen

         · die Summenleistung beider Wärmepumpen beträgt ca. 3.650 kW

         · 4 x Wärmespeicher mit je ca. 250 m³ Inhalt

         · Erdgaskessel zur Abdeckung der Versorgung im Spitzenlastfall bzw. bei Ausfall einer großen
