Der Auftragnehmer (AN) des Gewerks "Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten an technischen Anlagen" erstellt für Heizungs-, Kalt- und Warmwasseranlagen, für kältetechnische Kaltwasserleitungen sowie raumlufttechnische Anlagen die gesamten dämm- und brandschutztechnischen Isolierungen.

Die Arbeiten sind innerhalb der Technikzentralen, in Steigschächten, an Decken und in Wandschlitzen auszuführen.

Die Isolierarbeiten sind gemäß DIN 4102 und DIN EN 13501 durchzuführen. Bei Sanierungsarbeiten ist grundsätzlich mit beengten Arbeitsräumen und mit Unterschreitungen der Mindestabstände nach DIN 4140 zu rechnen. Entsprechende Hinweise sind in den Leistungsbeschreibungen enthalten.

Der Auftragnehmer (AN) des Gewerks "Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten an technischen Anlagen" erstellt für

Heizungs-, Kalt- und Warmwasseranlagen, für kältetechnische Kaltwasserleitungen sowie raumlufttechnische

Anlagen die gesamten dämm- und brandschutztechnischen Isolierungen.

Die Arbeiten sind innerhalb der Technikzentralen, in Steigschächten, an Decken und in Wandschlitzen

auszuführen.

Die Isolierarbeiten sind gemäß DIN 4102 und DIN EN 13501 durchzuführen. Bei Sanierungsarbeiten ist

grundsätzlich mit beengten Arbeitsräumen und mit Unterschreitungen der Mindestabstände nach DIN 4140 zu

rechnen. Entsprechende Hinweise sind in den Leistungsbeschreibungen enthalten.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Wechsel des Auftragnehmers würde aufgrund des Zeitaufwands einer neuen Ausschreibung den Fertigstellungszeitpunkt der Maßnahme verzögern und somit zu einer unnötigen Bauzeitverlängerung führen. Zusätzlich sind beim Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ein Gewährleitungsverlust auf bereits ausgeführte Leistungen sowie Mehrkosten für die verbleibenden Leistungen aufgrund der geänderten Marktlage zu erwarten.

Unklare Gewährleistungszuständigkeiten aufgrund von Auftragnehmer-Wechsel sowie erhöhte Zusatzkosten aufgrund von schlechterer Marktlage als zum Ausschreibungszeitpunkt. Verzögerung des Fertigstellungstermins für die Maßnahme mit eingehenden Mehrkosten.
