Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Rahmen von Freischnittarbeiten für die Herrichtung von BE-Flächen werden zusätzlich der Rückbau und die Entsorgung von Reptilienschutzzäunen und 2 Vergrähmungsmahden am Ende der vertraglichen Bauzeit notwendig. Die zusätzlichen Leistungen sind erst im Rahmen der Umweltplanung bekannt geworden und von der umweltfachlichen Bauüberwachung, bzw. durch die Vorgaben aus der LBP und der UNB sowie der UBÜW gefordert. Der AN ist bereits mit Personal und Gerät vor Ort. Der AN ist bereits zur Leistungsdurchführung von Freischnittarbeiten der Kabeltrassen und zur Erstellung von Schutzzäunen vor Ort. Ein AN-Wechsel würde zu Zusatzkosten führen, da Synergieeffekte verloren gehen. Außerdem würde ein AN-Wechsel zusätzlich Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, wodurch es zu Verzögerungen im Leistungsablauf kommen würde.
