         Die Stadt Büdelsdorf beabsichtigt einen Schulneubau an das Bestandsgebäude für die Astrid-Lindgren-Grundschule am Standort Büdelsdorf. Der Neubau erhält Klassenräume und eine Aula. Für den Neubau wurde ein älterer Gebäudeteil abgerissen und das Gelände freigemacht. Das Grundstück hat eine Fläche von etwa 20.200 m². Das Grundstück der Astrid-Lindgren-Grundschule befindet sich

         in zentraler Ortslage.

         Das geplante neue Gebäude ist zweigeschossig und L-förmig. Die Gesamtabmessungen betragen jeweils 75 m und 45 m in der Länge, je ca. 23 m in der Breite. Die Auskragung des Obergeschosses auf der Westseite bildet einen überdachten Eingang.

         Ausführung in Massivbauweise. Tragende Wände sind aus Stahlbeton, Teilbereiche in Mauerwerk.

         Nicht tragende Wände sind in Teilbereichen aus Mauerwerk und in Trockenbauweise.

         Die Decken sind aus Stahlbeton. Extensiv begrüntes Flachdach mit außenliegender Entwässerung.

         Lochfassade mit Bandfenster, Pfosten-Riegel Fassade und Verblendmauerwerk.

         Leistungen sind u.a.:

         - ca. 12 Stk 2.flg Brandschutztüren

         - ca. 8 Stk Innenfenster, F30

         - ca. 75 m Treppengeländer

         - ca. 110 m Handläufe
