         Die neue Zweifeld-Turnhalle ersetzt die vorhandene, abgängige Gymnastikhalle und ermöglicht zukünftig einen zeitgemäßen Schulsportunterricht am Standort des RWBs. Des Weiteren dient die neue Halle als Versammlungsstätte für ca. 750 Personen.

         Der Neubau wird als Passivhaus in Massivbauweise mit einem Dachtragwerk aus Holz über dem Hallenbereich errichtet. Großzügige Pfosten-Riegel-Verglasungen und Sichtbetonfassaden bestimmen die äußere Gestalt der neuen Halle. Die Maßnahme umfasst eine BGF von ca. 2.071m² (BRI ca. 15.617m³).

         Während der gesamten Bauzeit läuft der Schulbetrieb weiter.

         Gegenstand der Leistungen sind die Zimmermannsarbeiten für die Errichtung des Dachtragwerks inkl. Binderstützen und Kragkonstruktion der auskragenden Dächer.
