Zur Erfüllung der qualitativen Ausführungsplanung durch den Bau AN wird im Zuge der Erdungsplanung eine Fachexpertise eines elektrotechnischem Fachplaners notwendig. Der Bau AN hat diese Leistung nicht in seinem Vertrag und muss daher nachträglich vergeben werden. Eine Beauftragung eines Dritten kann aufgrund der engen Schnittstelle zur konstruktiven Planung zu Behinderung in der Erstellung führen und somit können erhebliche Schwierigkeiten und zusätzliche Kosten auftreten
