Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB endet die Frist zur Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit 30 Kalendertage nach Veröffentlichung der Bekanntmachung der Auftragsvergabe im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. Nach Ablauf der jeweiligen Frist kann eine Unwirksamkeit nicht mehr festgestellt werden.

LÄA 12 Vorgezogene Vermessungsleistungen Entwurfsplanung

Die Datenqualität der Trassierungspläne im Bereich Mannheim Rangierbahnhof ist nicht ausreichend für die Erstellung der

Planunterlagen in der Entwurfsplanung.

Um die Terminstabilität des Projekts sicherzustellen, wurden vertraglich vereinbarte Leistungen aus den Leistungsphasen 3 ff. in

die Leistungsphase 2 vorgezogen. Auf Grundlage des Vermessungskonzepts wurde der Leistungsumfang angepasst.

Um die Terminstabilität des Projekts sicherzustellen, wurden vertraglich vereinbarte Leistungen aus den Leistungsphasen 3 ff.

in die Leistungsphase 2 vorgezogen.

Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel ist nicht wirtschaftlich, da die Vermessung Bestandteil der vergebenen Leistungen ist.
