         Erklärung auf dem (den Vergabeunterlagen beiliegenden) Formblatt 179 zur Eintragung ins Berufsregister, (Handelsregister, Handwerksrolle oder IHK) bzw. Erklärung weshalb Unternehmen zur Eintragung nichtverpflichtet ist. Parallel kann auch die Eintragung in die Liste des Vereins für die Präqualifizierung von Bauunternehmen e. V. oder in ein gleichwertiges Verzeichnis anderer Mitgliedsstaaten nachgewiesen werden. Für Nachunternehmen sind gleiche Nachweise zu bringen.
