Die Fußbodenheizung muss wegen eines Wasserschadens im 3. OG, BT H neu hergestellt werden. Der Eintritt des Wasserschadens war für den AG zum Zeitpunkt der Auftragsvergabe nicht vorhersehbar. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags ändert sich nicht.
