Zudem soll das neue Archivsystem ab 2025 auch mit S/4HANA einsetzbar sein.

         Die Anwender sollen - mit hinterlegten Zugriffsberechtigungen - über ein Web Frontend auf alle Dokumente im Archivsystem mit einer Volltextsuche zugreifen können.

         Alle Dokumente des Anwenders auf der Hamburg Airport SharePoint Online Plattform können jederzeit in das Archivsystem archiviert werden und es wird in SharePoint am alten Dokumentenort ein Archiv-Link in das Archivsystem abgelegt.

         Zudem ist es möglich, aus SAP und SharePoint dieselben Archivierungsmerkmale anzustoßen. Ziel ist es, dass aus SharePoint und Office 365 ein Dokument z.B. an eine SAP-Bestellung oder einen SAP-Beleg archiviert werden kann, der dann in SAP an dem Objekt auch sofort sichtbar ist.

         Eine Archivierung aus dem Office 365 Tools (Exchange, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) ist jederzeit möglich.

         Zudem sollen SAP-Dokumente, die SAP-Archivierung, sowie die Dokumente der xSuite XFlow Rechnungseingangsverarbeitung als auch digitalisierte Ausgangsrechnungen (PDF) an den SAP-Objekten im Archivsystem archiviert werden.
