Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Um das nachhaltige Aufweichen des Baugrundes zu minimieren, ist es zusätzlich zur Drainage notwendig, die ebene Fläche des zukünfitgen Reritbodens mit einem Gefälle in Richtung Drainageleitungen zu profilieren. Es muss Boden gelöst und ein Planum mit einem Dachprofil hergestellt werden,.

Dem Vorangegangen: Änderung bezüglich der beim Bodenaushub vorgefundenen Bodenklassen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die zusätzlich erforderlichen Leistungen sind aufgrund von Umständen erforderlich geworden, die der öffentliche Auftraggeber im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhersehen konnte (hier: andere Bodenaushubklassen als ursprünglich angenommen SOWIE Witterungsumstände, die den Baugrundunbefahrbar machen). Durch die notwendige Änderung wird der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags jedoch nicht verändert.
